As the ring-die pellet machine newly developed by this Company, YD80 pellet machine is 2m long, 1m wide and 1.5m high; The diameter of the pellet produced is 6#, 7#, 8#, 9# or 10#, and the length of the pellet in such diamaters is adjustable; The moisture content of raw materials may not exceed 50%, the operating temperature must be about 80, and the humidity measuring instrument is available from this Company so that the users can bring the moisture content under control; The ring die must be replaced after the production of every 300 tons of pellet; The operating procedure is simple, the production can be carried out by one person, and the feeding of raw materials, the cutting of raw materials and the making of pellet are completed in a same process.
